In this unusual circumstance of health concerns, it is socially irresponsible to remain open. Women's hair salons, restaurants, bars, casinos, schools in the area have closed. Please protect your associates and their families by closing.

It’s funny how two people pre-register I am the third 15 minutes wait, they’re both show up late. Then I get bumped because her friend come in late. Poor management !! Really poor Service I don’t recommend coming here anymore I’ve been coming here for over two years and this is probably the end.

I have been going to SportClips for years now and several area locations. I understand they are franchises so one SportClips is not necessarily like the other or owner by the same individual/group. On a Monday morning, I had a small window in order to get my haircut and utilized the online check-in feature. I was confirmed online with a 5 min waiting time. I drove to the location and arrived approximately 5 min later. One of the stylists told me to type my phone number into the check-in computer after telling her I had just checked in online. Both stylists were with customers, so assumed one was probably finishing (because of the advertised 5 min wait, which was 5 min earlier). After typing in my number, I sat down. 10-15 min later, one of the stylists finished and called another customer’s who came in 5-10 min after me. I explained I had checked in about 20 min earlier. She said it was an ADDITIONAL 22 min wait for the next stylist. I was given approximate 5 min waiting time and (had I stayed), the wait would’ve been 42 min at best. I left since I didn’t have the time. I probably still would’ve left because of this ridiculous customer service. I will not patronize the CL location ever again.
